1. Solid Wood Cabinet Doors

Solid wood cabinet doors are typically classic in style and generally more expensive. The door frames are made of solid wood, primarily in cherry, walnut, and oak colors.

2. Vacuum-Formed Cabinet Doors

Vacuum-formed doors use MDF as the base material and are formed through vacuum forming or a one-time seamless PVC film pressing process.

3. Molded Cabinet Doors

Molded cabinet doors use MDF as the base material and a PVC veneer as the surface, formed by high-temperature hot pressing. They are divided into matte and high-gloss molded doors and can be processed into various shapes.

4. Melamine Board

Melamine board, also known as melamine-impregnated paper-faced engineered wood, is made by impregnating paper with different colors or textures in melamine resin adhesive, drying it to a certain degree of curing, and then laying it on the surface of particleboard, MDF, or hardboard, followed by hot pressing.

5. Baked Lacquer Door Panels

Baked lacquer panels use medium-density fiberboard (MDF) as the substrate, and the surface undergoes six spray-painting processes with imported paint (three base coats, two top coats, and one clear coat) followed by high-temperature baking. The term "baked lacquer" used for cabinets simply indicates a process: the door panel is treated with paint and then dried in an oven.

6. UV Door Panels

UV panels are boards whose surfaces have been treated with UV-cured paint. UV is an abbreviation for Ultraviolet light, and UV paint is ultraviolet-cured paint, also known as photoinitiating coating. Ordinary wood boards, calcium silicate boards, etc., are formed by applying UV paint and then drying them in a UV curing machine.

7. Acrylic Door Panels

100% pure acrylic is the best new material in the home building materials industry after ceramics.
